The site has been slow for days now. It's clearly not on my end. FTPing 100K of files for an upgrade took nearly 7 hours as the server kept timing out. Come on, it wasn't a lot of data. Trying to backup the site took all night as the same timeout persisted. Why can't this issue be resolved? Too many people spend too much time building sites and then have to move them when the provider drops the ball. It reflect poorly on us first, and then on you as we decide to look for hosting elsewhere.

We've not been able to ftp for about a week now. DH says it's not on their end. But COME ON! WTF? I want to jump ship. Any good hosting sites out there? Been with DH since 2004 and this is the WORST. DH tells us it's on our end but I can easily ftp to go daddy. Just not one of my sites on DH. Hmmm... FIX THIS!

Man, I've been experiencing slow activity and down time for days and days now. When is this going to end? I have four sites with Dreamhost on my own account and have setup accounts for several others -- a total of probably a dozen sites! When I visit any of these, I get slow slow slow slow slow.......

Ugh... I'm getting kind of tired of this constant downtime. Time to look for a new host. This sucks. I was hoping DH would be the way to go.

my sites, email, mysql are all down too. They were working fine 4 hours ago, but they've been down the last 2 or 3 hours. My webserver is on "link", my email is on "blingy" and mysql is on "chip". Had to go wrong just before Easter didn't it.... no doubt now I'll have a deluge of emails to wade through late tonight (its 4pm here in Hong Kong) or during my days off. Woo Hooo...
