Well at least there some good news on the status reporting side. I'd hate to be doing customer support for the last week.

@Chad: There's always the option of manually installing ZenPhoto. It's a bit more effort, but it makes for a great learning experience, too.

@Chad: The easy and advanced installers actually run a bit differently, so it's not as easy as one might think. Still, the easy installer is allowing us to evaluate Zenphoto and make sure it's something we want to put on the advanced installer. So far, it's looking like a very distinct possibility — but I can't make any promises.

Any hope of getting ZenPhoto in 'advanced' mode? I'd really like to have 'full control', even if it means installation and maintenance are more involved. I'm a big boy, I can handle it *grin*. I'd just upload the files and do a full manual, but I _like_ the one-click upgrades. Easier for me, more secure for everyone. And I figure if you've already done half the work of making it an 'easy mode' install, the 'advanced' should be a reasonable request, eh?

Hello Jason,

This is really good Jason, but I think the support team just read us. I received a feedback on that ticket. I will let you know the outcome.

Thanks a lot for this.

@BillHost: If I knew what your site was, I could look into what was going on with that ticket and nudge the person whose queue it was dropped into.
