I don't usually post on here but Dreamhost are really dropping the ball lately, I myself might have to consider other options when it comes to renewal as this is getting a little bit annoying now. I'm not really sure I can justify renewing with you to my users, and I'm a little sorry for having referred a friend with a business site that needs to stay up. It's embarrassing to tell someone how great you are and then find you totally unable to fix an email server issue for days on end, weeks after it started. Your prices are great, but this is really starting to get a little ridiculous. C You guys seriously need to get this ironed out.
