		<description>Dreamhost has absolutely no clue about how to handle customers during an outage, especially a widespread problem like this seems to be.  If they would simply acknowledge these outages within an hour or so on the status page, they would have far, far fewer irate customers.

I hardly think having one person post a brief, factual update every couple hours would detract from their repair efforts.  Most of us have pre-paid well in advance, and many of us are losing a good deal of money due to these outages,  The very least they can do is keep us abreast of what's going on.</description>

They said : 

Our admins have been troubleshooting snocap and have taken actions to
stabilize it by throttle another user on the server whom was causing
instability. There was a recent reboot 15 minutes and the server has been
stable since. We will continue to monitor this for long term stability. I
am sorry for any inconveniences this may have caused.

... so, now all DreamHost is down because on ONE user ?</description>
