They have to do the customer-to-customer transfers because of promo code abuse. Otherwise, people would just keep opening new accounts to get the discount and transfer the domains over.

No phone, but http://www.dreamhost.com/contact.cgi is always accessible.

Thanks, Tank. That's great to know.

Again, I find it silly to require support for XFR of domain between two DH customers, but that is what DH wants.

The question remains if I can't reach them thru control panel, and these comments are not a valid way to reach them, and they are not answering email, how do I get support? Is there a phone number I don't know about?

When the panel has a problem, they know it automatically. Reporting it is pointless and does nothing.

Rick Roll you are awesome helper. And I would have done that if it would work, but xfr domain between DH customers must go thru support. And as my comment above already mentioned - control panel support not working... THANKS a BUNCH tho.

I know this is not the way to contact support. However, each other avenue has been a dead end. Your control panel contact is not working properly, and email submitted was sent back to me that you are in an emergency.

I simply want to xfer a domain name from one DH customer to another, and would really love to get this done today (both parties are available)... Any assistance is really appreciated.
