Moving redhot onto new hardware

The webserver redhot has been having some stability issues lately, so we’re going to move it to new hardware in hopes of fixing it. This process should take about 30 minutes.
Update: This was finished at about 11:30am.

Central Database Issues

Some bad code caused our session database to back up which is resulting in errors and sluggish account control panel performance. The admin team is fixing this up and should have it resolved in the next 10 minutes or so.
Update: this issue is now resolved

Webserver persephone being moved to new hardware

Spunky Mail Issues

We are investigating what was causing customers some issues with pop and imap services this morning on the spunky cluster. At this time it seems to be working normally again but we are still testing and checking into the cause. Our apologies for the problems.

New network card for lovejoy

Lovejoy is getting a new network card to help with stability. The swap should go smoothly, but some downtime is necessary.

Spunky / Spacey Mail Downtime

We are currently experiencing problems with the process that handles scheduled updates. This has caused a disruption in mail service. This will account for the password errors, imap connection errors, etc. that are being generated when attempting to access your mailbox. Newly created user aren’t being setup either.
