Also the database supporting my blog at www.timkbrown.com seemed totally messed -- even after the so called resolution. Restoring the database 'seemed' to have resolved it. Don't change anything on the next page, but do "save changes". After about 5 minutes, the problem goes away. Worked for me, anyway. Here’s what resolved it for me:

After the whole billing twice thing, and the server upgrade in March (that caused my site to be unstable to the point where you can't even view it for more than a few hours), I thought that Dreamhost has finally got their act together, but seems like more problems are pilling up.
