Shit happens in the IT world. It is as predictable as complete chaos. I bitched because my site went down. I may not be losing customers or whatnot but it’s fixed. What I’ve come to respect about DreamHost is the lack of automated response emails Ive recieved. I filed the problem to them and even though it took 4-5 days to get a response the tech told me “First off I would like to apologize for the late reply here. I have been working on getting you a final solution rather than attempting to tell you that we were working on this issue.” .. and it was fixed. It was actually fixed 2 days before that. I forget what you call that. I think it’s called Honesty. Atleast they were honest with me.
