There seems to be an issue that’s effecting the janky cluster at the moment. We’re still investigating what is happening, and will update this post with more info shortly. We apologize for the problems!

It looks like the server “krabappel” is currently having some hardware problems, so we’re going to swap it over to new hardware.
This should take about 45 minutes to an hour, we apologize for the delay, as well as the problems it causes!
While dealing with some issues with mod_passenger over the last few days, we’ve observed that quite a number of people are enabling mod_passenger on their domains and not actually using it for anything. Because of this we’ve made a restriction for mod_passenger where the path to the web directory must actually have /public at [...]
There is a complication with the spacey cluster networking. Our admins are looking at the issue right now and we hope to have it resolved shortly.

Some customers on the MySQL server “sarabi” — mostly the ones whose databases are on the service fabia — may be having issues getting thru to their databases. We found that one of our controllers has been pushing out bad Apache configurations and we’ve removed it from the rotation until we can get the issue resolved.
