Putney MySQL is down

Randy Cluster Outage

Customers on the randy cluster might notice that they are not seeing their sites currently.  We had a bit of a network hiccup and our admin team is working on cleaning everything up.  Once things are resolved, we will post more information here.

Server ‘tetris’ being moved to new hardware

Tetris has been having some issues this morning, and none of the reboots we tried have helped. We’re moving it to new hardware. It shouldn’t take longer than 30-60 mins to complete. Please check back here for updates. Sorry about all inconvenience this has caused.

Monty having troubles

The MySQL server, Monty, is currently unresponsive. The datacenter has been contacted and Monty should be back up and running shortly. I apologize for the inconvenience!

Janky having problems

There seems to be an issue that’s effecting the janky cluster at the moment. We’re still investigating what is happening, and will update this post with more info shortly. We apologize for the problems!

Krabappel having trouble!

It looks like the server “krabappel” is currently having some hardware problems, so we’re going to swap it over to new hardware.
This should take about 45 minutes to an hour, we apologize for the delay, as well as the problems it causes!

Disabled mod_passenger on a number of domains

There is a complication with the spacey cluster networking. Our admins are looking at the issue right now and we hope to have it resolved shortly.

“sarabi:fabia” Experiencing Problems

A Controller Was On The Fritz

We found that one of our controllers has been pushing out bad Apache configurations and we’ve removed it from the rotation until we can get the issue resolved.
