Janky being, well, Janky

One of the file servers is having issues serving NFS requests to servers in the Janky cluster. This could potentially impact users on the following clusters:

adonis agamemnon ajax aphrodite apollo aries atlas baachus barefoottours calypso charon charybdis chronos coolblue daedalus dione dionysus electra erebus erida eros ganesha gorgon hades hecate hector helios hephaestus hera heracles hermes hestia hypnos icarus iris jove kratos leto medusa midas minerva morpheus nemesis odysseus oedipus osiris pan pandora pegasus persephone poseidon proteus rhea sisyphus tartarus tethys thanatos thetis triton tyche zeus

This will effect mail and web sites, causing downtime. Our admins are working as fast as possible to diagnose this problem and we will post updates as soon as we know what is causing the issue.

update It looks like the file server did not want to deal with some number crunching. It has been adjusted and everything is working fine now. If you have any further issues, please contact tech support. Thank you for your patience!

HI, sorry to bug you , it says that this is resolved but my sites are still down I cant access FTP but I can access webmail??? is there some thing else wrong or is it another issue? Thanks Matt

Same here - no email, send/receive or webmail, our entire office is down. I just submitted a support ticket.
