A spacey DreamHostPS host getting new hardware
Posted (July 4th, 2008 at 12:08 pm PST) by kitchenOne of the DreamHostPS host machines has experienced a hardware failure and we’re giving it some new hardware. The failover process takes a little bit and we’ll have everything back up and running shortly.
Affected DreamHostPS servers:

We will post updates here as things progress!
Update: 12:59pm pacific: The hardware has been replaced and we are currently working on restoring services. Shouldn’t be too much longer before we give the all clear!

Our MySQL server stills offline since yesterday. File server is online, but there is something wrong with our database connection.
Btw this post is showing up on the wrong people’s custom feeds due to the fact that “spacey” is the name of an email host. I’m sure it’s not a big deal, but it’s also probably not what you intended.
