Server “laurel” being moved to new hardware.

It appears that one of the NICs on laurel died today, unfortunately. We’re moving it to new hardware and it should be back within an hour or so. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Update: Whoops! Forgot to update you guys, but laurel’s back in bidniz. Please write to support if you have any lingering issues.

    I hope this makes an end to the outages lately. It’s also somewhat funny, because I had to fix my own NIC a week ago too. (:

    I know that DH probably won’t see this but I’m kinda desperate so….

    My website is down. I’ve tried to lodge a support ticket but it won’t let me get past Step One on the ticket page. I select the type of problem I’m having and press enter, and it takes me right back to the same page.

    I’m on the twinkie server, if that helps any.
