Scion hit a semi, moving to new hardware.

Posted (July 18th, 2008 at 12:45 pm PST) by Kyle

Scion was powercycled to recover from the filer issue on frisky and didn’t come back. Currently in the process of being moved to new hardware.

yay, my web server is being fixed! altho, there’s no time estimate … :(

any reason this is Low severity? I have a ton of sites that are all down, and have been all day because of this issue!

Time estimate?

I guess it should be fixed in about an hour, considering the same issue with Esprit.

likely a hours time, hopefully less

I hope scion will be fixed, because my blog is hosted ther :(

“Resolved: Yes” … are they kidding?

site shows “Site Temporarily Unavailable [...] bad_httpd_conf”

Same here -
error id: “bad_httpd_conf”

YAY. Some of my sites are starting to come back up. Interestingly, some still show bad_httpd_conf, but some are back up

Whoops! Spoke too soon…
Sorry guys!

Go search the wiki for bad_httpd_conf — that’s account specific and not a server-wide issue, so that’s not the type of news that would be on this site. You can often fix it yourself.
