WebMail Down
Posted (July 21st, 2008 at 11:39 am PST) by briansWe experienced an outage on the central database the handles WebMail. Downtime lasted 30 - 40 minutes. Our Admins have restarted the database server. This appears to have resolved the problem. We’ll continue to actively monitor the stability. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you continue to encounter problems with Webmail access, please submit a support request.

Still down here– and has been all day. And no reply to our requests…
if you are on sanjay or lovejoy you may be having the same problems the rest of us are, I haven’t been able to access mail since yesterday.
I can’t send e-mail. I’ve tried using the server mail.shadrastrickland.com and homie.mail.shadrastrickland.com. Nothing works. I also got an error message about my certificate. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Yup, no email. Not good. How do you know which server you are on?

From within your control panel click the Account Status link on the top right of the page. A menu should drop down telling you some handy details about your account - including your web, file, mail and mysql server.
Whoa! Fast indeed. I didn’t even noticed. And I have very picky webmail users. Glad everything is ok and running.
