Frisky Network File Server Issues

Some customers in the frisky cluster (you can tell by going to the panel, clicking on “Account Status” in the upper, right hand corner, and looking where it says “Your Email Server” may be having problems getting to their sites. We are currently patching/upgrading the filer and it should be working again in 15-20 minutes. [...]

We’re almost there! Over half of the the file server upgrades are complete. Including tonight, we should only have three more nights of fun. On the slate for this evening, zoot at 10pm followed by bumper followed by kermit if time permits.

Tonight we will be shooting for three! First up is sweetums at 10pm. Following will be clean up from last week (gonzo). If time permits, we will round it out with waldorf. Check back for updates.

York is in trouble

We have been seeing some problems with the York webserver earlier today. Reboots fixed but the problems came back. An admin is looking into it now, so we can find the problem and take care of it for good.

Pegasus is being moved to new hardware

The server Pegasus was having troubles all morning. After trying the usual solutions, our admins are now resorting to move the server to new hardware. Tonight we will be upgrading rizzo and bambi! The upgrade of rizzo will begin around 10pm PST. Bambi will follow as soon as rizzo has completed. Check back here for updates!

The webserver oj has been having some trouble lately which we believe is hardware related. We are in the process of moving it to new hardware and it should be back up soon.

PHP4 will no longer be available for *new* domains starting 08/26/08
