I can't tell you how pleased I am. Not only do they own up to their problems, (Dreamhost is no exception in this), they have so incredibly much less of these problems that I laugh at myself for thinking Dreamhost was a "Bargain". I pay $200/year, and I get rock solid performance, great interface, 24/7 phone support, knowledgeable support teams, and a lot less bull crap. Trust me, if you have anything worth keeping online, then you need to abandon Dreamhost and jump to someone, ANYONE, who really cares about the quality of service and system performance.
