Frisky Network File Server Issues

Some customers in the frisky cluster (you can tell by going to the panel, clicking on “Account Status” in the upper, right hand corner, and looking where it says “Your Email Server” may be having problems getting to their sites. We are currently patching/upgrading the filer and it should be working again in 15-20 minutes. Sorry for the unplanned outage!

Affected machines: barracuda carrera chevelle corvette dart delorean esprit fairlane frisky-vserver10 geep hornet jetta knocker model-t montecarlo olds passat rambler riviera scion skylark tempest touareg

Update: Okay! Things are getting back to normal. Sorry about that. Please let your happy DH tech support person know if you’re still having problems!

Phew, thanks. I was freaking out a little bit and was about to send a “OMG EXTREME CRITICAL EMERGENCY” e-mail. :x

I submitted my support request about 10 minutes ago, before this status was posted. All of my sites are down.

… I spoke seconds too soon. FYI: My sites are back (try my name link above).

You should add Lancer & Perhaps Stuartlittle to the messed up file servers on frisky too…

Awesome. Let’s just hope that massive job I sent off this morning to meet a STRICT deadline made it through and wasn’t delayed like all these other project crucial emails seem to have been…

We are still down on Frisky, this is once again unacceptable! PLEASE Get us BACK UP!
