Hades burning!

Anyway, we’re having some major issues with hades (I know, I know, it’s not just been today) so we’re moving it to new hardware. It should be back up in about an hour or so, hopefully not much longer. We’ll keep you updated.

Homie-vsql02 is currently down, the datacenter has been called and a representative is on their way to reboot it.  I’ll update this post as soon as things are back up.  I’m very sorry for the inconvenience!   The following PS MySQL guests are affected:

Mills moving to new hardware…sorta.

A bit of miscommunication has caused some problems with mills. It’s being set up on some new hardware as we speak and should be back within the hour. Sorry about that!

It didn’t take so well to the brief power outage in its rack and we’re working on getting it on new hardware right now. We expect to have the server back up by 1:30pm (PDT).

Power strip / switch outage in one of the spunky racks

One of the power strips or switches servicing the spunky cluster appears to be down. We are currently investigating the issue, however the following machines are currently inaccessible:

More filer problems on the frisky cluster

We’re in the process of correcting this - one of the central file servers on the cluster ‘janky’ is having issues which is resulting in high server loads and disruption of service on all of the hosting servers which mount data from that file server (which is almost all of the machines on that cluster). Some Homie Private Servers Are Down

It would appear that we had a bit of an issue with one of the Private Server hosts that required our on-call admin to head over to the datacenter to have to give it some TLC.

Emergency Database Maintenence!

Our central database server requires some immediate attention and it is currently down for maintenance. The panel will be unavailable until this is resolved, but we are working to get this done as soon as possible. Sorry for the late notice, this should fix up the slowness with the control panel as well.
