Server schultz ftp down briefly

When it will be resolved?
Yes, when will it be resolved? I just signed up for your services on Thursday, Sep 4th. This server, Schultz, was having problems before I signed up and is still. I cannot post or run my site (spent last two days trying). As a new customer, not cool guys! Why not give me heads up when I was signing up, knowing server was not good to go or ready? Why no response on last 3 support tickets? Any estimates on fix or is it possible to move your clients to another functioning server?
$ days and it’s not fixed. not very pretty.
Our site has been down for 10 hours now, no response. Ticket #2706991.
I really find this funny.

I don’t think any of my tech support tickets are getting through. A friend of mine with an account here feels the same way. We both have tickets in for the highest priority. They have gone ignored for 30+ hours, and we have not received emails about them. My ticket # is 2655988.
I have no way of contacting you, which is why I’m posting this here.
