Sorry for the delay! There were some complication with the new hardware which caused some dealsy. All of the above servers are up and everything should be working properly now. If you see your PS listed above and are still having issues please contact support!

You have more problems that this. winston is gone, and your murderer-named mcgurn is failing to deliver pages, and homie isn’t authenticating for mail. Plus, you lost files in the transfer.
Why was there no warning, nor status notification?
I cannot get to my CONTACT SUPPORT page to report that I cannot get to my CONTACT SUPPORT page. My server is Seamus. I wonder if this is the same problem as this dreamhostps posting. We can’t report problems here, so where do I report the fact that I cannot report problems?

Tech support page isn’t working.

Now it’s sort of back but up and down. Support tickets files 4 hours ago, no response.

I notified you via Web Panel / Tech Support yesterday at 5:22pm PST that my four main sites and all the mirrored sites being down.

Hey guys … I have hung in with you for nearly a decade … but this is not good. Not good at all.
All mail down and now all web site files are gone and replaced with an index page that simply reads “It Works!”.
I cannot get to my CONTACT SUPPORT page to report.
I cannot get to my Manage MySQL page to report problems.
All of my DB are down.
I have PS and I prefer the old system.
My web server works again.
Could you try to restart my PS mysqlserver? The name of the server is psmysql2961 Maybe this works.
My URL is bringing up someone else’s site. WTF is going on dreamhost???

Control panel is painfully slow.
I see posts about failing NICs and other hardware failures once in a while and I keep thinking, why don’t they architect redundancy into their systems? I know you probably know more about this stuff than I do, even though I am a system architect, but it seems a lot of this grief could be avoided with grids or fault tolerant components and systems. Surely it’s not economical to continue to have system failures. I love your service offering, I just hate to see you guys deal with the breakdowns. Cheers!
most of my sites at this point have the apache “It works” message- did you upgrade apache? Why is there no status message on this blog. I have no access to the panel either.
