Panel and Webmail maintenance
Posted (October 27th, 2008 at 4:36 pm PST) by mikehWe will be taking the DreamHost Web Panel, and DreamHost-provided Webmail off line for maintenance this Thursday, at 10PM PDT. The maintenance window for this is 2 hours extending until 11:59PM, expected downtime within that window is 1 hour.

I’m experiencing this downtime right now and it’s 6:00 pm.
Assuming mine will be up around 8:00 or 9:00 pm.

Maint is apparently “done”, in that that panel is back up and all that, but just lettin you know that jurupa is nowhere to be found! I would assume you (if dh readin) know this, but just in case!

Should have come back but fergite… anyways, sites came back after about 30 minutes… it was really weird… jurupa could not be connected to at all, support did not find a server wide issue, after finally gittin into ssh, saw that jurupa had NOT been rebooted, yet it was completely invisible to the internet fer about 30 minutes!
Anyways, all was back to RAWKIN in no time.

phpmyadmin still failing
sendmail is not working on all my joomla sites, no registration, no sales, no emails
unbelievable. reminds me of that movie Silence of the Lambs
severe downtime unlimited problems is all im getting

why in Gods name is dreamhost panel installing wordpress when joomla selected huh — this is bullshit seriously
