Three MySQL servers going down shortly for maitenance

dewey, huey, janky-vsql01
If you have a PS named any of the following you are on janky-vsql01 and this will affect you:
psmysql1829, psmysql1861, psmysql1863, psmysql3011, psmysql3016, psmysql3029, psmysql3166, psmysql3171, psmysql3228, psmysql4330, psmysql4588, psmysql4975, psmysql744, psmysql745, psmysql797, psmysql799, psmysql802, psmysql961, psmysql962, psmysql963, psmysql964, psmysql965, psmysql966, psmysql967, psmysql968, psmysql969, psmysql970, psmysql972, psmysql975, psmysql978, psmysql979, psmysql986, psmysql991
I apologize for the short notice of downtime.
Update 3:18 AM PST: Ok, dewey and janky-vsql01 are back up so all services should be restored on those. Huey is doing an fsck due to the fact it has been a considerable amount of time since the last one was ran and a check was forced. MySQL machines are fast so I would estimate it will be back up within 5 minutes.
Update 3:24 AM PST: Ok. huey is back up and happy again. All service has been restored on all machines. Please contact support if you are on any of the above machines and still having any issues.

I have been without e-mail on all of my domains for 24HRS, Deamhost does not respond to support tickets.
Since Now 14 all my sites are medium to extremely slow, often I also get Internal Server Errors. No word from the DH support team yet. :/
Going on 10 hours now with MySQL down…no response to support tickets.
Yeah, same issue here. All of my sites are crawling, getting mysql errors and/or timing out here. Seems to be an widespread problem from these comments, so I am gonna sit on submitting any trouble tickets until I see more action on here from the DH folks, especially if others tickets aren’t being addressed.
I’m hosted on drederick, all my sites are down, somtimes reporting an internal server error, but usually just timing out.
This is to say the least, unacceptable.

What a nice support here. got serverloads over 80(!!!!) 2-3 hrs a day. i will change my hoster next days. forget DH.
They responded with this:

We strive to answer all questions within 24 hours, but due to the
large number of questions we have right now we’re afraid we may have
to go over a bit this time.

I honestly can understand outages; they happen, it’s the weekend, I get it. But seriously, going almost 24 hours with no updates, no news, status page isn’t changed, nothing?
I have one site down (the one I make a living with) and another is doing some funky things.
I’m getting nervous here. Have no idea why I can’t access my site. Getting complaints. And no word from DH.
I want to leave Dreamhost when my paid subscription is over. I have never experienced so many site down’s, problems and slow hosting anywhere before. No fun writing when no one can access the site :-/
Support has responded and my sites has been working fine for a few hours now. Hopefully everything will be OK from now on. 
They’ve responded to me, and I’m back up too, which is great! STILL…all it took was an /etc/init.d/mysqld restart and I was backup…this could have been done 24 hours ago…I guess this is the price you pay for shared servers.
Still have no email since 11-14-08 @ 5:21PM —- Is Dreamhost down for good? I have 10 domains w/no e-mail, now what? Dreamhost does not respond to support tickets.
I stumbled upon this site when I was searching for help for a client attempting to install Wordpress on his domain.
I can’t believe how much trouble they have maintaining a SQL database without failing. I have spent almost
4 hours trying to find information on how to set it up! In the short time I dealt with DH, I have to say they stink!
I have 10 domains without e-mail? Anyone else having problems? It’s been 48hrs w/no response from DH, do they work on weekend?
The serever capone is down!! help!!

All of my hosted sites are down. I looked at my manage domains panel and all my sites are no longer! *(&*(&&()&)(*()$@!$

I know this isn’t a way to contact DH but I’ve got to try…
Virtually all of my clients’ sites are down after DH changed our server. It’s been 27 hours since my first support ticket and I haven’t heard anything. PLEASE DH get in touch.
