DreamHost Apps Downtime

Posted (March 10th, 2010 at 11:08 am PST) by Kyle

We are currently upgrading the distribution release for DreamHost Apps, during this process DreamHost Apps sites will be unavailable.  We are sorry for the short notice!

Clarification: The signup/management pages are being worked, we ran into some unexpected complications and we don’t have a ETA as of yet on restoration of service.

I’m not quite sure what DHApps are, does this affect the one-click installs? Because our one-click Zen photo gallery was fine two hours ago, and now it’s showing as empty, and going to the admin panel says I’m trying to upgrade (I haven’t touched it) and is giving errors. Are the two related or should I submit a ticket?

Ditto here. I know there’s no support for the Apps site, but I was actually about to upgrade to paid today and I can’t even do that… and this sudden downtime to my photo gallery doesn’t instill confidence.

? DHApps affects exactly what? My index.php page will not load, and I GUESS this is causing the problem?

We are not recieving emails. Just sending.
What that could be?
We have paid host.
